Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Pace Setter. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including any accessories, boxes, paperwork, or other items included with the sale.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as returned items remain the buyer's responsibility until received by Pace Setter.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Watches

Most watches sold by Pace Setter are vintage or pre-owned and may show age, wear, previous repairs, replacement parts, or other characteristics consistent with their history. We make every effort to describe and photograph each watch accurately. Unless specifically stated in the individual listing, we do not guarantee service history, timekeeping accuracy, or water resistance.

A return will not be accepted for damage, alteration, disassembly, attempted repair, water exposure, or other changes occurring after delivery.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly identified in the listing as as-is, project, parts, repair, or otherwise final sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit or you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from an error by Pace Setter or an item was damaged in transit.
